LineupX is looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR and be fluent in both written and spoken English.
This is an exciting and challenging position that will require the ability to multi-task, great interpersonal skills, and immense attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and updating employee records
2. Managing recruitment activities, including selection and onboarding
3. Developing and executing HR strategies in line with organizational objectives
4. Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment regulations
5. Engaging in performance appraisals and other processes related to employee development
6. Retaining and developing a motivated and skilled workforce
7. Implementing and monitoring training and development programs
8. Investigating and resolving employee grievances
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
