1. Working on end-to-end recruitment
2. Supporting various business verticals to recruit the required manpower on the pan-India level
3. Coordinating with the head of the department regarding job openings
4. Sourcing the candidates from job portals/references/social networking sites and screening profiles, conducting telephonic interviews and shortlisting candidates
5. Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the clients
6. Working on post-recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients
7. Working on vigorous follow-up with clients & candidates till the date of joining
8. Maintaining a database of resources, and preparing MIS reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually)
