Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining records of every staff/paid employee ensuring office timeline is respected and maintained
2. Hiring new staff as and when needed, especially artists, for work
3. Maintaining sheet for the artist which includes daily work done and expenses incurred
4. Maintaining daily expense sheet and working on a flow to cut operations cost
5. Documenting offer letters and NDAs for each and every staff

2. Must be well-versed in how HR works
3. Must be system oriented in order to record all things
