Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
2. Updating internal databases with new hire information
3. Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
4. Gathering payroll data like bank accounts and working day
5. Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by the department and also support the basic recruitment process
6. Developing training and onboarding material
7. Responding to employees' questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they re eligible for)

Requirements:

1. Should know the basic recruitment process
2. Fresher candidates preferred
3. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions and recruitment
4. Work as an HR executive or associate
5. Organizational skills
6. Good verbal and written communication skills
7. Freshers preferred
8. Should be able to commute to office location (Malad) on a daily basis
