Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitate recruitment and selection processes by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, ensuring efficient onboarding for new hires.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious and productive workplace.
4. Coordinate training and development programs, identifying skill gaps and implementing initiatives to enhance employee performance and career growth.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
6. Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing, as well as compliance with statutory requirements.
7. Prepare and analyze HR reports, utilizing MS-Excel and other tools, to provide insights and recommendations for effective decision-making.
