1. Work on end-to-end employee lifecycle including joining & induction, leaves & attendance management, statutory compliances, performance management, employee relations, and exit interviews
2. Source and attract candidates by using databases, recruitment agencies, social media channels, etc.
3. Screen the candidate's profile based on the job description
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Eligibility criteria:
1. 1 year of experience working as HR generalist cum recruiter (digital marketing agency will be an added advantage)
2. Have worked for small-scale or startup
3. Good HR functional knowledge
4. Aggressive, quick, proactive, multitasking, smart in approaching
5. Problem-solving skills & self-motivated
6. Hands-on experience in drafting job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents
7. Experience to conduct orientation programs and briefings to new employees
