Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
3. Develop and implement performance management and compensation programs
4. Oversee employee relations and address employee grievances or concerns
5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
7. Manage the training and development programs for employees
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
10. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
11. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to identify opportunities for improvement
