Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Exercise in-depth knowledge of employee attendance & leave management
2. Implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
3. Source potential candidates through various channels - career portals, recruitment sites, job boards & social platforms
4. Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments
5. Exercise excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Understand the onboarding & exit process and employee documentation
7. Organize and manage employee engagement programs
8. Handle employee queries regarding HR department & HR policy
9. Create a positive image of the company amongst employees and act as an interface between management and staff
10. Build positive reviews of the company on relevant online platforms
11. Work on vendor management, bills & utility, and office troubleshooting
