1. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
2. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
3. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
4. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
5. Monitor the HR department s budget
6. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
7. Manage employees grievances
8. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
9. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Required:
1. Familiarity with human resources management systems and applicant tracking systems
2. Experience with full-cycle recruiting
3. Good knowledge of labor legislation/laws
4. Solid communication skills
5. Must - MBA in HR (regular)
6. Desirable - 1+ year of work experience

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
