We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our team at Maxgen Technologies Private Limited. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize HRIS to maintain employee records, track attendance, and generate reports.
2. Conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and facilitate employee training and development programs.
3. Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
4. Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
5. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
6. Collaborate with management to develop HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
7. Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

The ideal candidate will have strong English proficiency, proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel, and a solid understanding of HRIS.
