Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
2. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
4. Handle employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
5. Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR-related documentation
8. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues
9. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the NBFC/financial services industry
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
5. Proficient in HR software and tools, such as HRIS, payroll systems, and performance management platforms
