About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
2. Coordination: Work with hiring managers and HR teams to gather necessary onboarding documentation and information.
3. Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, policies, benefits, and job responsibilities.
4. Training Facilitation: Organize new hire training sessions and ensure employees have access to the necessary tools and resources.
5. Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during their onboarding period.
6. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and enhance efficiency.
7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee data in HR systems.
8. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to onboarding and employee experience.
9. Offboarding: Assist in offboarding processes as needed, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
10. Office Administration: Manage end-to-end office administration, including maintaining proper reports.
11. Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies inventory and handle purchasing with attention to budgetary constraints.

3. Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (6 Days a Week)
4. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
5. Comfortable working 6 days a week.

Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.

Proficiency: Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
