We are looking for an 'HR Executive' to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes while also possessing skills in public relations, communication, and branding to support the company's overall image and outreach when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and resolve HR-related queries.
- Assist in training sessions and performance evaluations.
2. Additional Skills & Responsibilities:
- Support employer branding and external communication efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers when required.
- Draft and distribute company announcements or press releases.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage related to the industry.
- Assist in coordinating events, networking opportunities, or media outreach as needed.
Location: Bhopal (In-Office)
Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 5 days a week
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Candidates who are from Bhopal
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. We'll appreciate it if the candidate is based in Bhopal, and available for in-office work.
2. Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, communications, or a related field.
3. 1+ years of experience in HR roles preferred (freshers with relevant knowledge can apply).
4. Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage core HR responsibilities while contributing to external communication when required.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
