Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department's daily operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment processes (screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees)
2. Maintain and update employee records
3. Help in preparing HR-related documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
4. Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities
5. Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies
6. Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback collection
7. Help maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

1. Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply
2. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Basic understanding of HR operations is a plus
