Experience: 1-2 years (Agency experience preferred)

Key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Drive the hiring process for agency roles, ensuring we bring in the best talent.
Screening & Interviews: Shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
Attendance & Admin Management: Oversee employee attendance, leave tracking, and general HR admin tasks.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment with initiatives that boost morale and retention.
Performance Management: Assist in appraisals, performance improvement plans, and feedback sessions.
HR Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning, documentation, and compliance.
What we're looking for:
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in an agency setup
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hiring & screening candidates
Ability to multitask & work in a dynamic environment
Understanding of HR processes & compliance
