Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and attracting candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events to identify potential candidates for sales positions within the wedding photography industry
2. Screening and evaluating candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to determine their suitability for sales roles
3. Conducting interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews with qualified candidates, assessing their technical skills, sales abilities, and cultural fit within the organization
4. Collaborating with hiring managers: Work closely with sales managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment processes, and ensure alignment with the company's sales objectives
5. Managing the selection process: Facilitate the decision-making process by collecting feedback from hiring managers, conducting reference checks, and coordinating any necessary pre-employment assessments
6. Building a talent pipeline: Proactively maintain a network of potential candidates and establish relationships to ensure a continuous pool of qualified applicants for future hiring needs
7. Promoting the employer brand: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an attractive employer in the wedding photography sales industry, including employer branding initiatives and participation in relevant industry events
