Key responsibilities:

1. Talent acquisition: Spearhead the hiring process for creative talents, including fiction writers, scriptwriters, animators, video editors, artists, and graphic designers. You'll manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee the onboarding process
2. Workplace discipline: Implement and maintain workplace policies to ensure a disciplined, productive environment. Address any disciplinary issues promptly and effectively
3. Performance management: Track and evaluate employee performance, providing monthly reports to management. Work closely with team leads to identify areas for improvement and celebrate achievements
4. Compensation management: Prepare salary slips with added incentives and deductions tailored to each role. Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
