4. Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
5. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
6. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment term
7. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
8. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
9. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
10. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
11. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
