As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will support the HR team with a variety of tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in job posting and job advertisement across various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
1. Reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Communicating with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and offers
4. Supporting the team in conducting initial phone screenings and assessments
5. Maintaining and updating the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems
6. Assisting in the preparation of recruitment reports and analysis
7. Helping in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
8. Providing administrative support to the HR team in various recruitment-related tasks
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,25,000 /year
