Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and process employee payroll accurately and promptly
2. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits
3. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
4. Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing employee training programs, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
5. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
6. Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and HR policies
7. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR software and systems
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of HR and payroll processes
9. Support in conducting employee performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll management
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in HR and payroll coordination, preferably in a similar industry
3. Knowledge of payroll processing software and HRIS systems
4. Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
10. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
