6. Employee records maintenance - Assist in maintaining employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Employee relations - Assist in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and escalate issues to HR professionals as necessary.
8. Employee engagement - Employee engagement can be critical to a company's success, given its links to job satisfaction and employee morale. Engaged employees are more likely to be productive and higher performing.
9. Assessing employee performance - Support the performance management process by tracking performance appraisal timelines, compiling feedback, and maintaining performance records by using HRM tools (and/or) PMS tools.
10. Payroll management - This includes tasks such as calculating wages, and payslips, deducting taxes, and maintaining accurate records of earnings and deductions to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while meeting legal requirements.
11. Leaves policy- It specifies eligibility criteria, the process for requesting and approving leave, and any limits on leave balances to ensure consistency, promote work-life balance, and manage staffing effectively.
12. Exit policy- To manage the departure of an employee from the company. The purpose of an exit policy is to ensure that the separation process is conducted smoothly, professionally, and in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
