Reporting directly to the HR business partner, this role will involve working directly with hiring managers to determine recruiting needs and devise the right approach to secure the best talent against defined criteria, utilizing all sourcing channels, internal and external, to deliver good practice and high-quality hires. The role will require the confidence to advise, challenge, and partner with business and HR leaders to determine optimum recruiting solutions for experienced hires across diverse and specialist areas.
Key responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, providing expert advice on recruiting best practices and projects
2. Partner to deliver search, talent mapping, and other recruiting projects for critical, hard-to-fill roles
3. Work with HR and business colleagues to develop concise, accurate critical success factors for roles and compelling job profiles using the Kantar Recruitment Framework
4. Source candidates, effectively utilizing internal advertising, LinkedIn, databases, job boards advertisements, social media, networking and cold-calling
5. Own, execute and manage effective interview and selection processes
6. Effectively manage candidate verbal offers
7. Deliver against recruiting targets whilst ensuring great candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction
8. Proactively engage with our internal clients to better understand their business unit value proposition, culture, offer, and business challenges
Skills & abilities:
1. 2-4 years of human resource experience with an exposure in talent acquisition
2. Direct sourcing capability including Boolean search techniques and cold calling
3. Knowledge of market research, marketing services or consultancy sector recruiting
4. Experience recruiting across functions and business units
5. Demonstrable track record of delivering against recruiting targets
6. Fluent in English; excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skill
