Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursements, tax deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, manage leave records, and ensure proper documentation and approvals in line with company policies.
3. Appraisal & Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems, conducting reviews, and maintaining related records.
4. Policy Formulation: Develop and update HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and ensure smooth implementation.
5. Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations, preparing documentation for audits and liaising with relevant authorities.
6. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify hiring needs, source suitable candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
7. Administrative Support: Manage general administrative tasks, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities management.
8. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, address employee queries, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
