Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
2. Assist in the performance appraisal process, tracking performance evaluations, and supporting managers in feedback sessions.
3. Address employees' queries and concerns professionally and confidentially.
4. Facilitate internal communication and maintain a positive employee experience.
5. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
6. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
7. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures, and ensure consistent enforcement.
8. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a comfortable and efficient work environment.
