Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process
2. Onboard new employees by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth integration into the company culture
3. Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other employee perks
4. Support performance management activities, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and professional development initiatives
5. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and concerns
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements
7. Assist in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment
8. Help organize employee events, recognition programs, and other activities to boost morale and engagement
10. Assist with payroll administration and ensure accurate documentation of employee attendance and leave
