Key responsibilities:

Posting vacancies on the several Job Portals
Reviewing and selecting the candidates for interviews
Conducting interviews of the candidates for different profiles
Onboarding the candidates in the firm
Preparing and issuing the documents to the team like offer letter, agreement, etc
Giving trainings to the team on regular intervals
Preparing several employee policies for the firm
Looking after the staff welfare of the team
Managing the HR software for attendance and leaves
Communicating and coordinating with institutions for placement offers
