Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

2. Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Address and resolve employee concerns, facilitating effective communication between staff and management.

3. Performance management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.

4. Training and Development :Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

5. Compliance and policy management: Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

5.Data management: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

6.Benefits administration: Support benefits enrollment and administration, assisting employees with questions related to benefits and compensation.
