About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle (End-to-End Recruitment)
2. Sourcing of resumes through headhunting/portal/references/database
3. Job posting like (Naukri) screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates as per the job description. Of Various positions like junior ups to senior level
4. Screening and shortlisting of candidates as per requirements
5. Conducting initial rounds of interviews From Executive level to mid-level
6. Maintaining recruitment data using Excel, maintaining records of Shortlisted & rejected profiles
7. Conduct Telephonic Interviews (Telephonic/Personal) to assess candidates for the job match Requirement Analysis (understanding of requisition)
8. Keep job descriptions up-to-date

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Recruitment

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
