This position is responsible for 70% of recruitment and 30% of HR operation roles.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on all levels of hiring through different job portals, campus hiring, and references
2. Handle the entire recruitment life cycle
3. Close the position in the given timeline
4. Maintain daily candidates, tracking MIS
5. Work on joining formalities, induction, and training program
6. Ensure the smooth exit of employees and complete FNF settlement
7. Ensure smooth adherence to HR policy
8. Work on leave and attendance management
9. Handle other HR admin work
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Comfortable with 6 days of working in a week
