As a Human Resources Executive at DB Skills Foundation, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's HR strategies and initiatives. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be essential in effectively communicating with employees and stakeholders. Your experience in recruitment, employment engagement, and training and development will be vital in building a strong and motivated workforce. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Office will also be necessary for data analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
2. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
4. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to management.
6. Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
7. Support employee performance reviews and provide guidance on career development opportunities.
