About the job

The HR executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources operations. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, compliance with employment laws and regulations, training and development, and performance management. The HR Executive will report to the Director and work closely with the senior management team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
2. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and counseling to ensure a positive work environment
3. Recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions within the company
4. Develop and maintain job descriptions and conduct performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
5. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, employee benefits, and retirement plans
6. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA
7. Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and attendance records
9. Conduct exit interviews and maintain data on employee turnover and retention to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
10. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives

1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

2. 1+ years of experience in HR management

3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
