Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
2. Employee Onboarding: Prepare onboarding materials, assist with new hire orientation, and ensure all documentation is completed.
3. HR Documentation & Filing: Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and confidential HR documents in accordance with company policies.
4. Employee Relations: Assist with employee queries and maintain a positive work environment by promoting company policies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Attention to detail and confidentiality.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
