Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Salary Administration:
Calculate and process employee salaries in collaboration with the accounting team
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and manage related queries

2. Team Building & Training:
Organize and conduct workshops, team-building activities, and Fun Fridays to enhance team cohesion
Develop and implement training sessions to improve employee skillsets and professional growth

3. Policy Development:
Work closely with decision-makers to create and enforce policies that benefit both the company and its employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

4. Employee Relations:
Address and resolve work-related issues and grievances promptly
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

5. HRMS Automation:
Collaborate with the technical team to minimize manual HR processes by automating workflows within our HR Management System (HRMS)
Continuously improve HRMS functionalities to enhance efficiency

6. Recruitment:
Manage internal hiring processes to fill new positions within the company
Develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process
