1. Manage attendance, and leave records, and update OT (Overtime) records.
2. Assist in recruitment activities and processes.
3. Draft letters and emails for HR and administrative purposes.
4. Maintain and update records and handle filing.
5. Oversee general administration tasks, including managing security, housekeeping, pantry, and coordinating activities related to stationery and office equipment. Ensure workplace discipline and decorum. Handle travel and logistics arrangements.

1. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, MBA/diploma in HR preferred.
2. Skills: Knowledge of labor laws, ESI, PF, and gratuity is an advantage. Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English are required.
