About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
2. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
3. Assist with payroll functions.
4. Develop the MIS Reporting System/PIVOT table to describe a set of reports.
5. Identifies any bottlenecks or delays in production; ensures necessary labour.
6. Create work orders, purchase orders, issuing or cooperating delivery challan/bills.
7. Assessing the present and future manpower requirements in the organization.
