About the job

Key responsibilities:

1.Handle Payroll Activities
2.Attendance Management And Hr Policy
3.Salary Distribution.
4.Design compensation and benefits packagesImplement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
5.Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniquesAssess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
6.Monitor HR department s budgetAct as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
7.Manage employees grievancesCreate and run referral bonus programsReview current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
8.Measure employee retention and turnover ratesOversee daily operations of the HR department
