Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal
requirements.
3. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
performance management.
4. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
6. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including effective disbursement of
salaries/compensations.
7. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure effective HR management.
