About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
3. Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually.
4. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation.
5. Payroll Processing:
6. Support payroll processing activities, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
7. Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salary, benefits, and deductions.
8. Address employee queries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
9. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
10. Stay updated on relevant labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
11. Assist in maintaining compliance with statutory obligations, including but not limited to PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable regulations.
12. Prepare and submit required reports, returns, and filings to regulatory authorities.
13. Liaise with external legal counsel or consultants as needed to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
14. Generate and maintain challans for various statutory payments, such as PF, ESI, and PT.
15. Verify the accuracy and completeness of challans before submission.
16. Coordinate with finance and accounts departments to ensure timely payment of challans and compliance with regulatory deadlines.
17. Maintain records and documentation related to challan management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and challan management.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

6. MBA qualified.

7. Min 5-7 years exp required.

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,47,600 /year
