Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns, helping to resolve conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management: Develop and oversee the performance review process, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and implementing development plans for employees.
4. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth within the organization
5. Compensation & Benefits: Manage the company's compensation structure, administer payroll, and ensure that employees' benefits are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other relevant policies. Update company policies and procedures as needed.
7. Employee Engagement: Organize initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training costs, and employee satisfaction surveys. Use data to make informed decisions and improve HR strategies.
9. HR Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Act as a strategic partner in organizational growth and development.
10. Exit Interviews & Offboarding: Handle employee exits, including conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees
