1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Annual CTC: $ 4,300 - 4,500 /year
