Key Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's job requirements, work with the employing department to determine the responsibilities of the recruitment position, understand the recruitment needs, and formulate a recruitment plan;
2. Carry out related work such as resume screening, selection, invitation, and interview arrangement through recruitment channels;
3. Statistics and multi-dimensional analysis of data from all aspects of recruitment, and make timely adjustments to the recruitment plan based on recruitment and retention data to ensure that the employment needs of various departments can be met.
4. Complete the company's recruitment goals to promote the introduction of outstanding talents and assist in promoting the implementation of the company's key goals.
