We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR manager. Should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in human resources management, particularly within the BPO/MNC sector & IT/non-IT sector.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees, and handling the team.
2. Develop and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
3. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employee growth and productivity.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating policies as needed.
5. Identify training needs and design, coordinate, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
6. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and business goals.
7. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad and neighboring cities
