Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training and development
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to managers and employees
4. Manage employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
5. Coordinate and facilitate training programs to support employee development and growth
6. Utilize MS Office and MS Word to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports
7. Demonstrate proficiency in English both spoken and written to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders
