Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
2. Develop job descriptions and job specifications in alignment with business requirements.
3. Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
4. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit and role suitability.
5. Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source high-quality candidates.
6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and hard-to-fill roles.
7. Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the hiring process.
9. Provide training and guidance to interviewers and department heads on best hiring practices.
10. Track and report on hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
11. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
