Key responsibilities:

1. Calling and following up with potential candidates and screen resumes as per the company's requirement
2. Sourcing the candidates from job portals such as Naukri, Internshala, etc.
3. Coordinating with the candidates and team leaders for the interview process
4. Screening the resumes and contacting only relevant candidates
5. Handling end-to-end recruitment - interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates according to assigned requisitions
6. Researching and understanding the business process
