As a human resources generalist you would manage both strategic planning responsibilities and administrative tasks in every area of HR, including recruiting, onboarding to exit, compensation, and benefits, and employee training.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on team building by conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
2. Preparing employee documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, etc.
3. Training new or existing employees and assisting in preparing the training need analysis matrix across all levels of employees and departments
4. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies and HR manuals to the employees
5. Using HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
6. Working on induction & onboarding
7. Organizing hard and soft copies of employee records, processing documentation and preparing reports relating to performance evaluations
8. Coordinating employee satisfaction surveys and giving actionable insights to improve employees' experience
9. Supporting employees when human resources issues arise with efficient problem-solving
10. Reinforcing the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees safety
11. Overseeing employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance
12. Reviewing and selecting resumes during hiring processes and updating the database
13. Assisting in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes
14. Planning onboarding strategies and performing new employees orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
15. Recommending and developing employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship
16. Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
17. Conducting and analyzing exit interviews and making actionable recommendations based on data
18. Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and conducting investigations
19. Arranging seminars, workshops, and conferences based on each department s needs
