About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding the HR Remedy India requirements and manage end to end recruitment process
2. Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals, social networks, various message groups, free sites, communities, and local databases by applying appropriate search strings
3. Working on Excel and system tagging of the profiles
4. Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates
5. Following up with the candidates for interview
6. Coordinating the various rounds of interviews
7. Supporting onboarding formalities

Skills & Requirements:

1. Graduation/MBA HR freshers
2. Work 6 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm (rotational week off)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
