Key responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
2. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
3. Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
4. HR Administration: Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as organizing training sessions, scheduling meetings, and managing HR-related inquiries.
5. Policy and Procedure Support: Help in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
6. Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
7. Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
8. Benefits Administration: Support in benefits administration, including enrollment and addressing employee queries.
9. HR Reporting: Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis as needed.
10. Compliance: Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure Aroka's HR practices are in compliance
