Human Resources (HR) Specialist Fresher Job

We are seeking a highly skilled human resources specialist to join our team. The HR specialist will be responsible for managing all HR-related duties including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal laws
2. Oversee recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
3. Conduct onboarding for new hires, including orientation, training, and paperwork
4. Manage employee relations by addressing employee grievances, providing counseling and guidance, and resolving conflicts
5. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
6. Manage performance evaluation processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and facilitating performance improvement plans
7. Maintain accurate employee records and files
8. Stay up-to-date on HR trends, laws, and regulations and ensure compliance
9. Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll
10. Participate in the development and implementation of employee retention programs
