a. Lead change management initiatives related to new HR processes and systems.
b. Communicate changes effectively to ensure smooth transitions within the company.
4. Compliance and legal alignment:
a. Ensure all HR systems and processes adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
b. Conduct regular compliance audits and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
5. Reporting and data analysis:
a. Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, performance data , KPI ,KRA) from the HR system for senior management.
b. Analyze system data to recommend process improvements and HR initiatives.
